An experienced investor and entrepreneur, Marcus guides our client and prospect analysis program. A long time participant in the China growth story, Marcus brings a sharp analytical eye and a valuable network of associates to FirstFinancial.

Josh Phillips, Business Analyst and Researcher
Josh is a licensed securities trader and analyst. Josh provides research and analysis services to FirstFinancial clients and partners. A fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker, Josh plays an important role in our mainland business development and research programs. 

James Qin, Business Development Manager
James serves as the lead driver of new business, identifying and engaging prospective companies who are listed with little exposure, or seeking a listing on international exchanges. An experienced businessman with a background in government relations, James is works diligently to understand clients underlying needs, enabling the FirstFinancial team to deliver an optimized custom program of services.

Chen Nan, HR Director and Adminstrator
Ms. Chen leads FirstFinancial’s recruitment efforts to ensure both a steady core team and a capable talent resource pool that can be activated in high-growth or high-activity periods of client programs. Ms. Chen also oversees FirstFinancials daily administrative functions.
